LdM Fine Arts students exhibit and compete during ArtClash 2015
Winners will be exhibited at the Regional Council of Tuscany, while 1 work of art will be purchased by the Museum of Contemporary Art of Florina in Greece
Having your very own work of art exhibited at the majestic Palazzo Panciatichi in Florence: doesn’t this just sound like a dream come true?
We congratulate our 4 art students Hwi Hahm, Zoey Schlemper, Askild Winkelmann, Juan Felipe Lopez H., as their works have been selected by Florentine art curator Prof. Rolando Bellini to participate in this year’s ArtClash2015, which will take place from March 18-26.
ArtClash is an art contest and exhibit organized by the Regional Council of Tuscany in collaboration with Istituto LdM, California State University and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Florina in Greece. The main goal of the contest is to promote young art students from various local art institutes, among which LdM.
On Friday, March 20 the Consiglio Regionale della Toscana will host the 11 winning works of art at their Palazzo Panciatichi, after which one of them will be purchased by the Museum of Contemporary Art of Florina.

- Main Exhibit: California State University,Via Leopardi 12, Florence – from Wednesday, March 18 to Thursday March 26. Mon-Thu: 9-13 / 15-17; Fri: 9-13. Free entry.
The event is curated by LdM Prof. Marsha Steinberg, who together with LdM Fine Arts professors Elisa Gradi and Gregory Burney will also be giving a speech during the ceremony.
