Courses at LdM Tuscania
Tuscania presents the ideal location for the study of Italian language and culture, through its full immersion philosophy. The curriculum has been designed to embrace the town’s historical, artistic and cultural heritage, including such courses as Organic Agriculture, Etruscan, Roman and Medieval history, archaeology and classical studies, fine arts, culinary arts, performing arts, creative writing and literature. Each summer, archaeology field school students in Tuscania participate in an on-going excavation of an Etruscan necropolis, in collaboration with CAMNES and the University of Florence.
