Art of Cooking: Italian Gastronomy

Students understand through time and culture the traditional art of Italian Cuisine. The certificate identifies the main trends in Italian cooking and develops skills in food photography, styling and in pairing food and wine for menu planning. Students then have the ability to tailor the certificate to their interest by selecting two track courses.

• Italian Regional Food in Cultural Perspective 3 cr./45 hrs
• Fundamentals of Food Design, Styling and Photography 3 cr./90 hrs

Italian Language 3 cr./45 hrs
